One of the many interesting little tidbits Ianto had picked up while listening to drunken conversation in Cordy's bar Monday evening was the location of a certain man who was able to acquire almost anything. Since it appeared he was going to be staying in Jhelbor for a while, working on Mikney rather than starting a blind search for the Gate Guardians, it seemed worth his while to see what exactly this man could do for him.
Quinn's location, unfortunately, was rather vague. There were several demon bars in the city, and it seemed he could be found at one time or another in every single one. Ianto managed to get it right on his third try, and after a word with the bartender, entered the back room. "Quinn, I presume?"
