That's why I talk to you guys you know. That's why I sit in the back room and listen to the Vets. And you know, Elvis is/was THE MAN. Don't get me wrong, I listen to some of the music (for more reasons than its message or lack of), but I don't pay it much attention nor do I bother with the news much anymore.

Question, what's your oppinion of the sudden flux of Iraq movies/shows (Over There and Jarhead come to mind)?

Haven't seen Over There. (Reviews in ther Marine Times said it portraied every poor sterotype and hollywood hyped image of the military and nopt the common solider but that it was realistic nonetheless. So a catch 22 sorta for us)

Jarheads was filmed here and about Marines and looks good from what I know about being a Marine. But I haven't seen it so I can;t judge.

I havn't seen either one, but Jarhead is really catching my eye. Doubt I'll go see it, but would most deffinitely buy it.
