The 'Everything for Eve' wallpaper is missing the picture of her giving Gabrielle a lobotomy with the chakram to the back of her head.

That's because, dear, all these pictures are taken specifically from the episode "Eve". It's an ep wall. The lobotomy belongs in a "Motherhood" wall (although I don't think lobotomy's are done from the back, but....;)).
