A really good job on the S/D friendship and more. I also really enjoyed the small but greatly appreciated scene between Janet and Sam...You played so well the "i'm crazy" part...Very well-written as usual!!!

Thanks so much! And I had fun working with Janet again, too. It had been a while since I had written her, and I really enjoy it.
Super fic. I loved how you wrote the mental slippage. It was so smooth just as it would have had to be for Sam to believe it. I always like your Daniel much better than the one in the show, so ship away. As usual with one of your fics the whole thing played like a film reel in my head. Gorgeous, but then you never write anything that isn't.
Reading this fic was becoming a part of SG-1 - in Sam's, PoV, I was lost along with her, and in Daniel's, the deep care they all have for her was tangible. I was nervous right up until the end about what could happen to Sam. Despite Daniel's concerns over not really knowing Sam, you showed a delicate turn of phrase (for instance, "Hey," she said, deep voice missing a few threads, like the crosshatch shading of a pen and ink sketch.") that belies it. Of course, I enjoyed the shipping, but leaving that aspect open-ended worked quite well, since the real drama was Sam's well-being. If that's okay, then no matter what else happens, it's all good. :-)

HA!:D I have a way of reworking the world just slightly so that it is what I think it ought to be. Problem is, I don't always realize I'm doing it.;)

::hugs:: As I've said many times before, you're too good for my ego. Glad you enjoyed my latest angstfest.:)

Beautifully observed, and enthralling from start to end. Sam's hallucinations gave me a bit of a shiver - fantastic plot device there :D
I'll have to read this one again.
