Thank you rowaine, for this wonderful new chapter.
After I read the last part of this chapter, I had suddenly the Idea ‘what about Angel’.
Think of it!
Spike and Corey visit Angel at WH. Spike does the introductions. "Corey, this is your great-grandfather Angel. Poof this is your first great-grandchild Corey. He is Xanders and mine firstborn son."

rofl, funny! but not on this fic. sorry... first, it isn't mpreg -- the scene with spike and xan teasing each other? was just that, all fake and snarky. and while i do love tormenting angel (and might in the far off future), our boys have a long ways to go before they settle back into taunt angel stage.

huh, although... you've now given me a crack!fic plot bunny for deleted scenes on this story. gah! i've already got four or five that were permanently cut. but hey, should be fun. i'll keep your idea in mind *squeeze*

i had a ton of fun with this scene! cus really, there always seemed to be some sort of underlying attraction between our boys throughout the series, but it was always hampered by anger, fear, or other negative emotions. put in a situation devoid of those feelings, they have the chance to realize things they'd never expect to find between them.

*sigh* i had to cut out more than 5,000 words from this chapter and the next so they wouldn't just jump on each other. yes, we all want to see that happen, but it wouldn't be in character for either of them in my opinion.

... but it'll be great fun getting to that point!
