The most awseome dream ever. And I mean it.

I am posting because last night, I had the most awesome dream. Ever. I had to get out the details before it's forgotten, as most dreams often slip away as we get farther from them and the time they occured. So I'm jotting down what I can recall right here. Yeah, Ted Danson. You're not supposed to remember your dreams. Apparently you only remember your dreams when you aren't in REM sleep. If I remember correctly, REM is when dreams usually occur and most are just little snippets lasting 20 sec to 5 minutes. So so the experts say. Supposedy you remember dreams tha occur when you come out of REM and some of the neurotransmitting chemicals that help your brain remember things aren't blocked. They are generally inhibited from being produced during REM, which is why you generally don't remember your dreams.

Oh, wow, so that's why? Thank you. Now I don't feel so bad about not remembering my dreams.

Last year, I did a bit of research for a story about a 'dream' psychic and I did know about REM sleep and how dreams occur during that time, but the rest... didn't know that.

So your dream? I truly am impressed! :D

Well I'd like to take credit or the awesomeness, however my brain cooked it up all subconsciously on it's own. I sort of had nothing to do with it.
