Okay I am definitely nominating Nanao to be on the train - while she won't be disabling the bomb (because that's the Twelfth's area of expertise), she will be getting her Pokemon nicked and getting beaten up.

...can I assume that she'd also get the Pokemon back if she beat up on the Rockets hard enough?

Yep! You can set up a one-on-one plot with a PC Rocket to have a pokemon stolen and then taken back, or have her beat up an NPC. Your call! o7

Rob's most likely going to volunteer himself for Phase 1, just because he has experience with the whole 'undercover stuff', but if anyone actually finds out (/they saw him during the tournament that) he's also trained in, you know, being a super hero and therefore can pull off the whole controlling his nerves thing, as well as already experienced with parachuting, I can see him being volunteered by someone else to be either Phase 2 or 3.

So basically, he's gonna want to be in Phase 1, but he'd be an asset to Team Rocket in Phase 2 and 3.

We can put him in Phase 1, unless you'd like to arrange to have him slotted into another Phase. Honestly, it's any way you want it. There are always ways of making things work out!

Actually, can I get him into Phase 2? With the team who sets up the bomb?

OH! And I also have a question about that. Would it be possible to have Robin defuse the bomb but make it look like it's still working? Like if he sets it up, but disconnects the actual bomb so that it can't go off but it looks like it's still functioning? I don't know if it be that noticeable because I doubt TR is actually planning on killing everyone on the train, so the bomb would never actually go off, and since he does have bomb training he'd be able to do it. And since he's working 'undercover', it'd be something he'd do.

If not, like there are too many people watching him or that's giving him too much power, that's cool too. I just wanted to run it by the mods to make sure. :3
