Two or three bunks away, the boy's larger mirror image began to stir grouchily beneath the covers, a leg kicking at the bedpost. Unfortunately, Angela was much too big to be hanging out indoors these days and was nowhere to be seen. There was, however, enough room for a massive Kingler to lord over Zack's resting place, claws snapping closed in anticipation.
The SOLDIER had been missing for a while, but had turned up on the steps of the Pokemon Center the night before... The staff had figured the adventurous familiar face had just butted heads with one wild Pokemon too many. Much to their confusion, however, his team was just fine -- in exceptional condition, in fact.
Not that any of that mattered now that he was starting to come around.
"Kingggg." The massive crustacean rose from its pointed haunches.
The rise of Kingler made Zack jerk slightly. "...that is a big crab," He muttered, breathlessly as he was still being squeezed by his overzealous Pokemon. "Guys! Lemme go!"
He gasped when Green finally let up, sitting down next to his trainer, poking the Grecian armor, lifting the shoulder pad up to look at the bruise. It was still there, but it looked like it was finally beginning to fade.

Catching the movement out of the corner of his eye, the massive crustacean averted his attention to his trainer's miniature, humming a high, curious sound -- a gesture imitated from Angela.
The shadow cast by Sidewinder's body caused Zack to stir again before finally kicking the sheets off of the bed entirely and giving a long, begrudging stretch. Some nap...
