And Liquid just so happened to wander by the sleeping engineer. It was kind of cute, he supposed-- far more so than a thirty year old man had any right to be. Except, you know, for the giant snake that would probably attempt to bite his head off if he got within a ten-foot radius of the nerd.

He would in fact be exactly right. Kotai opened one eye and hissed at him, opening her mouth just enough to show some very sharp looking fangs.
