The day was hot. HOT. HOT. HOT. And James was feeling it, that was for sure. He had taken his green jacket off and his gray polo and slung them over his shoulder. Though, despite that, he was still sweating to death. The sun was relentless and the humidity. Best not to mention the humidity. James had figured, with the trees, there would be some sanctuary from the sun's hot rays, but that didn't matter. It was 90 degrees or so, and that was hotter than he ever wanted it to be. He was from New England, and while it could get pretty damn warm up there, it was cooler for the most part. You could always put more clothes on for the winter, but even if you were naked in the summer, you'd still be sweating to death, and James would be damned if he was going to wander around these woods as bare as the day he was born ( ... )

Harry had been feeling the heat as well, he was normally really tolerant of such things but with how much activity they had to do just by battling and hiking was too much. James saw that face. That face? Yeah that was a big red flag that he did a big no no. One he hadn't really thought about on the way, but now it was as painfully obvious as a stubbed toe. He gave Heather an apologetic look, but knew that wouldn't exactly cut it.

Here the poor girl was somewhat trying to avoid the man and he sort of secretly lead him to her. Alright not sorta, he unintentionally totally did it. James really didn't know what to say or do at this moment, he didn't want to upset Heather more. Swallowing his fear, he smiled awkwardly.

"Well, here we are, want to take a quick break or would you two like to continue on?"

Yeah James, lets try and keep any confrontation from happening, just keep moving and maybe your skin will be safe... Actually, that probably won't help you either.
