Summary: Due to some events, Sanada has issued a training session with two of his teammates. And somehow he will make a man out of these two--

[ To be honest, four in the morning isn't horrifically early for Niou. Mind, he's nursing a pretentiously-flavoured mocha as he approaches, but he's bright-eyed, damnit. He's at least going to take this with dignity and charm.

So when he sidles up, it's with a warm grin, and he offers his cup to Sanada. ]

Coffee?

[Of the three assembled, Yagyuu probably looks the worst of anyone, less because of the early hour in particular and more because he hasn't actually gotten a decent, uninterrupted-by-texting night's sleep in the better part of a week. So at the moment, he's running near empty when it comes to wakefulness reserves.

Not that he's about to let that show in front of his morning's companions. Though he does let a slight yawn escape him as he walks up, covering his mouth politely with one hand.]

Good morning, Sanada-kun. Niou-kun.

[If you could even call this morning.]

[Sanada will just look at them both. There's a different message for each. The look at Niou is more of the "You have thirty seconds to finish the coffee or you'll be running with it" -kind and for Yagyuu it's more of "Good morning" - kind with a nod.]

First, do your normal warm up stretches. You have a five minutes.

[ Niou takes a long, almost baleful gulp of his coffee at that expression - it's one he's seen a few times before - and offers the cup to Yagyuu to finish it off, with an apologetic, rueful sort of smile. Whoever's at fault, they're both here now, and he'd rather call a truce than turn this into a battle royale. ]
