Well, it does have the word "live" in the title so I would say whatever is going on in your life, whatever makes you glad to live. The memes and other small things have mostly died off from what I've seen, many of the journals that posted them almost exclusively have departed for other social sites that tend to be the fad of the moment... so I can see why many people take that lack of activity as a dying of this journal site. But it really isn't, there is still plenty to read and plenty of new people to meet

I think actual day to day reports and emotional spills are the basics, but it's also about what you feel like saying. :-)
