I know that. But one of the teenagers at the house was playing with Kaith, who was wearing Kiyam's hair and saving our resident damsel in distress (Murasaki) from terrible, deadly scenarios. And the hair changed Kaith enough that I realized that he didn't look like Kaith or Nailo and if only he had a less round face he'd be so sexy with that hair and eyes...

I realized I have a smokey lidded doll less than three feet away whose head would make a great sex pot. I still like the sculpt just not as Kiyam. Not as a doll who would sit next to and hold Kaith. I think he'd made a great Neymil if he was on a 60 cm body. (And had his illness makeup taken off)

But if I could sell Chiron in a decent amount of time, I could use the money to buy Chase. Otherwise I wait until my next tax return next year.

Yeah, you've got a problem something like I run into. At which point I generally have to sit back, look at the dolls I have, and the dolls that I want, and decide where my priorities are. Which one is more important to me? Usually, that means that the not-working-out doll ends up going, because while it could be a pretty character, it isn't yet, and I have a character that is more important to me waiting to come home.

For example, Rayne is very pretty, and I've been trying to find something to do with hir for months. But you know what? More than I want to find a persona that suits Rayne, I want Kaith home again. So Rayne is up for sale and probably by the end of the month I will have put Kaith v2 on order.

*nods* I think that is the perspective I need to keep in mind. I could make this guy into Naymil and keep the body for either Borkeck or Alex, but they are all characters I either didn't intend to make (Naymil) or are much farther down the list than Kiyam.

I guess I'm just worried I'll get rid of the Chiron head and then regret selling it because it would have made such a great Naymil. That's working off the idea that I won't find something even better for him at a later date.

I think I've almost got myself convinced here.

So... what do I need to do to sell him? Is there information I need to include? I paid $660.00. Is it appropriate to ask $600.00 + shipping?

I've seen Chiron heads on the Marketplace. If you decide you want one later, one pops up every month or three.

To ship a doll of his size within the country you're probably looking at $16-20 for parcel post, $30ish for Priority.

$600 sounds fine. I mean, he's brand new. You could probably ask more than that, but a lower price means a faster sale, and thus the sooner you can put new-Kiyam on order.

Check out the Marketplace rules on DoA. They have a list of suggested things to include, which are usually pretty helpful. :)
