The past couple of weeks have been pretty hectic at home. Our old maid left so we got a replacement. Within two days, the replacement says she wants to leave. She claimed we gave her a lot of work to do (well, she knew what kind of house we lived in before agreeing to work) On the third day, she spoke to her agent and she agreed to try working for

I am definitely glad she is gone.. Hate to think of what else she might have taken. Urgh!

MAIDS ARE EVIL.. ok. I'm biased. I don't like maids. especially when they crowd the bus and orchard on weekends. blegh. You have so much jewellery! hey. What if she just runs of with the whole case? hmm.

I'm not so worried about her taking the entire box, because that's gonna be pretty obvious. The trouble that we've had was that they took one or two small pieces, not big bulky items. When they leave the house, the agent insists on checking every single item they take with them so there's nowhere to hide it.
