If you do go to Hiroshima, I do highly recommend the A-Bomb museum there. I was quite interesting in going before I arrived in Hiroshima, mostly to see how the museum was presented. And I was quite impressed. You hear so much from news overseas about how politicians downplay events in World War II or entirely blame America for Hiroshima. However, the museum did none of that. It didn't assign blame and try to make anyone out as guilty parties. It focused on WHY atomic bombs are never to be used again and the effects that they have. It was graphic, but the presentation was quite excellent and unbiased. I highly recommend it.

On a lighter note, Hiroshima okonomiyaki is excellent. If you go, you should try it. :)

Glad to hear you had a great time in Nagasaki. I need to go myself.
