I don't know how I did it, but I managed to throw my back out on Sunday -- this is definitely the worst back pain I've had in years. Usually I can traction myself back into shape, but this time it wasn't working. I am glad that you are feeling a bit better. So, where is this lovely chiropractor located? I haven't seen one since I left Napa and am in need of a visit.

Steve Gabay at Back in Shape, 475-1600, Portola and 41st Ave. He's a little goofy, but he was very gentle and thorough. Considering that I'm just about back to normal at this point, I'm pretty happy with his work so far.

Not quite yet -- I'm still a little tender so a massage isn't going to do me any good, and I need to ice my back until the swelling goes away so heat isn't my friend right now.

I'm beginning to think that one may have triggered the other, but that they're not related. On the other hand, I bet my bodice drape fits differently on Sunday! :)
