of that stupid hotel in Modesto. I got a voicemail today about the block of rooms they're holding for our event in 2011. Le sigh. At least this time, I'm pretty sure there isn't a contract that's going to cost us a zillion dollars to get out of. I'll have to call them back tomorrow and clear it up

Nope, it was an easy fix -- there's no contract to bind us up, and it was pretty easy to foist them off with a "we're not in a position to discuss this now." :)

I'll email you the condo address separately. We should have enough room in the vehicle for everybody going to and from site, at least, and looking at the map, we're probably about 15 minutes from the airport so getting you to and from there should be easy, too.

Re: thermal integrity and packing ... silk long johns pack small and are nice and toasty. Winter Silks is online and is pretty quick, so you're likely to get them before you go it you shop soon.
