It's most likley nothing to be worried about. You've been to the docs and everything seems ok, so just relax and it'll probably go away in a bit :]

Do you use sleeping pills?
I agree, it's probably nothing. Iron deficiency can be very tiring but is usually treatable, for instance.

Must admit I wasn't impressed by the walk-in centre asking me sternly if I was "starving myself to be a size-zero"
When the entire left side of my body went numb, I called the doctor for advice and was told it was due to stress, which I'm surprised about as I don't feel stressed.(More excited due to decorating my new flat)
We shall see....

The stress/take a few days off and recover, is the usual advice when they don't have a clue ... but of course that doesn't mean it is not a good advice.
And you can talk the GPs into doing the full blood test (to get the Iron/Mg/Cholesterol/whatever levels), with a bit of convincing you can also most of the times get a copy of the printouts/results.
