The Cutter one makes me want to lick the screen, it's so gorgeous. And the Connor one captures him very well, IMHO, same for Abby. Stephen's a more difficult subject, but I still think they're all good. And having fanart here is a first for us, so thanks for plucking up the courage to post them :)

It's all your fault, everything is. I think the Stephen ones work better on their own, all together like that they look...er...odd. I will make it my unfortunate mission to do one of him that I'm completely happy with. It'll be a torturous thing to do: staring at loads of pics of him. *sighs heavily and grins*

Yes, of course we want to see them. There are still far too few good portrait artists in fandom. Some of these are better than others, but they all show promise - I also can't draw to save my life, but I've seen people who started out with far less talent then you plainly have become much-sought-after fan artists.

I particularly liked the Rex and Connor and Nick ones.

Thanks :) I'm really no artist (as I've frequently been told elsewhere) but I like doodling... The dodgier Stephen ones were done after a long break from doodling - and are evidence I was horrendously out of practice - the Nick one was the most recent, so you can see the progression.

I don't have the patience to give these drawings the attention they deserve - the truly talented artists spend days creating beautiful portrait sketches that I can only stare at in awe.

Speaking as someone who would love to be able to draw portraits, these are pretty good. The best likeness is probably Connor, but they are all recognisable, and the Ryan one is excellent.

Thanks! It's fun that different people think different ones are more recognisable. I think my favourite one is Connor, but that's less to do with the likeness and more to do with emotions of the character.

Well, I'm certainly going to try for a better version of Stephen. That's a mission now *grin*. Maybe this post will encourage others to show their art.
