Thanks for the long update :) Good luck on Thursday, though this doctor sounds like he is the most thorough so far! And keep posting about the house hunt. It's very exciting. *hugs*

At least you've got more of a diagnosis I guess. Hopefully they can start doing something for you so you'll actually feel better. I've been increasingly frustrated by the medical profession lately. It seems the more I actually try to do things the right way, just through the proper hoops in the proper order, the less anyone in the system cares.

Quilting seems like fun. I just got my first sewing machine and I"m tempted to start up a (machine) quilt. I already have tons of projects through, so I may as well finish one of those first. I always enjoy when you post your quilt pictures =)
