Batiks from the shop hop

Rows themselves are not stitched to each other yet, but other than that it's pretty close to 'done.'

Not bad for a few hours work in one day, huh.

Nice! Is that from the batiks that you got? Wanna do one of mine? I have to finish two for my friend from the hotel (she bought the fabric)... and they are not my style, so I am having a hard time gaining the momentum :( But I like the blocky design on that quilt... maybe I will try an emulate it???

The pattern and cutting are very simple - if you'd like I will scan in and mail the pattern to you tonight.

And yes - those are the batiks (14/20) that I got during the hop.
