Some people think he's faking the tears, and I can see why, but I've also been in situations before where you've already been crying for hours or days and physically you're cried out, but emotionally you just keep going from the despair. It sort of becomes this almost animalistic wracking cry, rather than sobbing, and I think that's the stage he's at, here.
The poor guy must be completely heartbroken. I was never really a fan of Bam - I found him spoiled and obnoxious, for the most part - but I do believe he genuinely depended on Ryan and truly loved him to pieces and it must be shattering.
I thought he was faking, too, at first. But there was just something about the way he was talking and the way he was so... broken up - I really believe it's genuine sorrow. As you said, he's cried out physically, but emotionally he's still going.
I agree. I like Bam okay, but I think, honestly, this made me like him more. It just proves that he isn't just some spoiled little jackass who thinks he's better than the world. The guy's only human, and it shows very, very much here. I just hope he'll be okay, and won't do something stupid and reckless because of this.
That was kind of what I thought, too. "God, who's going to rein Bam in?" It's an awful thing to think about, but I wouldn't be surprised if he spiralled completely. Recklessness is exactly what concerned me - just thinking, "Fuck it, why should I stop there?"
One of my other first thoughts was for Steve-O. Given that he's only recently beaten his addictions, it's got to be a really testing time for him. I hope he's got adequate support.
Feels kind of weird that nothing has been heard from Pontius or DiCamillo, as well. They seem to be completely out of the picture. Ehren, I expected less because I know he had a fight with Bam. He seemed to be the whipping boy that no one really gave a shit about, but Chris and Brendon always seemed more like central characters to the whole shebang.
