Summary: After Sirius' death, what really happened between Remus and Tonks?

Warnings: Bereavement issues; unplanned pregnancy.

Notes: I'm a bit nervous about this one! It's been at the back of my mind for a while. It's still very much R/S, but... well, you'll have to read it and see....

Naaw. I love the idea of Remus and Tonks coming together over their shared grief of Sirius! And I like him being all supportive of each other.

Thank you! I imagine that would be something that would bring them together - they'd both miss him, in their own ways.

Oooh interesting take on why they got together, I love fanfics that come up with a plausable excuse for them to be together (because honestly I can't believe they are actually in love!). Nice work as always.

Though I have to say Tonks/Moody, definitely wasn't expecting that lol, can certainly say its not a very appealing couple haha.

Lol, no, I think that was a moment of madness for Tonks! Although, I don't imagine Moody as quite so unappealing as he is in the films - I see him more as a weatherbeaten, cynical cop type - the sort that appeals to a lot of girls, I think.... *contemplates Sam Vimes with happy smile*

Haha, yeah and Moody in the films was so...large or something, quite scary lol. But its obvious Tonks looks up to Moody a lot so in that regard I can understand her temporary lapse in judgement ;)

Oh wow, so okay, I wasn't expecting anything of that. A very unique fiction in its general idea, and the outcome of it is still more unique... but in a positive way, mind you :D I really like their interaction, and I like it that you've given Tonks PERSONALITY, which she, in my opinion, lacks in so many fictions. You make them work together not as lovers, but as something else wonderful, and to my surprise it does flow really well and fluently. The idea to pair up TonksxMoody, though, gives me the creeps :p And as for Teddy not being Remus' son in this version is strange, too... but, this pushed aside, the fiction is a very wonderful one and you can see them working together as that really well. Sorry if this comment was sort of dumb, but I had to mention what I thought was strange and well. But, really, this comment is supposed to be NICE. *coughs*

Thank you! I think Tonks/Moody was a spur-of-the-moment, really bad idea that will never be repeated! I'm so glad you like the fic, though - I was really worried that everyone would hate it :-S

I like this! I've never totally been deadset against Remus/Tonks. I just think it could have been handled better. But this is a great, original idea.

Thank you, I'm glad you like it! It's funny, I love both Remus and Tonks, but I don't think they work as a couple. But then I'm biased in favour of Sirius, lol! xx
