Like, I'm staying on both tumblr and LJ, and I've made a Dreamwidth account too (rosetteroulette) if anyone wants it, but I'm sad that a lot of people are starting to leave the first two sites. It makes things so confusing, even if I do understand their reasoning.

Some people don't really like the fandom situation...there seems to be more fandom wank over there, for some reason, maybe the popularity of the site. Also, the microblogging nature probably makes it distracting for people because a lot more posts are made that way than in a place like LJ or DreamWidth and it tends to eat up some people's time.
