Sooo... I woke up this morning and got Hannah off to school. When we got home, we walked Dude to the bank so I could deposit my paycheck in my account, and there was a couple of old ladies trippin' about Dude 'cause, "Animals is crazy these days ( Read more... )

I tried to read City of Glass. Long story short: it sucked. I was going to quit at page three - yes, THREE, that's how bad it is to me - but a friend paid me five bucks to read to page twenty. It was kind of like reading Twilight - I could feel my brain turning to mush and I got this mind-numbing rage which usually results in me throwing heavy objects at people. But I was at school so I just had to curl up in a little ball and try to calm myself.

I wanted to see Taken! But me and Vale got to the movies late so we went and saw Valkyrie (sp?) instead. It was an okay movie and encouraged me to read The Reader (I kind of have this interest thing for Nazi Germany). Tell me if you liked it.

Well, actually, I've already seen half of Taken. And everybody says it's really good. My sister, Erica, already has that, A Haunting in Connecticut, Star Trek, Wolverine, and I Love You Man on bootleg... :-/ So, Erica and I decided not to go, and let Tracy and Bert go. Besides, I'm sure it'd be nice for them to go see a movie just the two of 'em. Ya know?

I've seen Valkyrie too. It was alright. I've also seen the Reader. I have to say, it was a good movie, but I don't see why Kate Winslet won an award for it. It's not that she did a bad job, it's more the character wasn't award winning material in my mind. And there's WAAAYYYY too much nudity in it. :-/ Erica and I just kept looking at each other like, "WTF!?" It was almost annoying... :-/

In my opinion, she should've won an award for Revolutionary Road. OMG, that's an AWESOME movie. Really, I was NOT expecting that. Now, THAT character is award winning material. :D

Revolutionary Roads, you say? I'll order it on Netflix if I get the chance. I'm going to start watching House first, though, and then see if I can stand watching Twilight - even if it's for the lulz, it's going to be haaaaaard. :(

Haha, yeh. Twilight isn't exactly the greatest movie. Especially if you weren't too fond of the book. Lol. I have no idea how you'll take it. Robert Pattinson just isn't that great of an actor. :-/
