There are a few good reasons to join the Air Force in my head, most of which have to do with the SciFi channel and hot pilots thereon. Unfortunately, I know I have terrible reflexes and little common sense for mechanical workings of things unless I'm always paying attention, and that's not good enough. Also the whole war thing doesn't fit with the part of me that thinks I ought to become a Quaker.

We had our first "Classics Cafe" today (yes, Apple Day), and I was complaining that there were all those giant blocks of equations in Einstein's paper on relativity that I stopped trying to understand, and just read over. Dr.P said that her memory from the last time was that you said you read over those giant blocks of equations and saw "white space"... which is so true.
Physics!

Man, I miss you.

My long-term memory is totally shot- I don't remember this at all. My sister will tell me long, detailed stories about a shopping trip or a museum we visited when she was 6 and I was 8, and I will have no idea what she's talking about. Anyway, I love hearing stories, especially if I've lost them myself. Sounds like me. Physics is hard, and I wasn't afraid to say so.

haha. You are very observant. Luckily, though, I don't like answering any of these questions (except maybe the one about the "H") so the resulting answers imply a lot of things that an exacting logician might label "wrong," or even "brazen lies."

I do not have a significant other of any gender or planetary origin.
