Why is there always some arrogant funny guy spouting out comments like "I love meat", it's almost like they think the person on the other end has never heard "that one before" ...or there just being stupid LOL

Anyways I've been hearing about this book more and book lately, and after watching this video I think I'm goena try and get my hands on it, cause I need to lose some weight !

She seems to have some great ideas about what to put in your body and how things we use every day affect us, I can't wait to read it.

It seems I've finally gone vegan so cheers to the beginning of the rest of my life!

It's totally contagious, especially from Squid for some reason. I'm much more towards the vegan end of the spectrum since hanging out and working with him. I can't explain it. It's not like he even talked about it, ever.

He totally doesn't - only when asked. But I've been hanging with him for going on 2 years now and I've discovered so many wonderful foods and he's such a great cook - the only time I don't eat vegan is when I'm at my father's house and really, it was just the milk, cheese and sweets with egg in them that I was munching on. I've decided that I don't want those things anymore - there are substitutes for everything and they are yummy!!
