Yeah. Went to ER for abdominal pain and when the doc pressed around the gallbladder, I literally leapt off the table. So they ultrasounded. It was pretty-- like a black hole surrounded by thousands of glittery lights. Steve said he thought it looked like a geode. Unfortunately, there should be nothing glittery at all in the area. They were gallstones and the whole works had to come out before one of those glittery stones traveled to my pancreas. It all should have been routine but then it wasn't. Still, feeling like something the cat dragged in beats feeling nothing at all! :-)
