Depends on the cause of murder. If somebody snapped and sprayed the place, sure. If it was some drug deal gone sour, HELL no.

Truth, I don't think I'd move into a former drug house either. You can expect to have people coming to you for at least a year afterwards. I was only thinking about the haunting aspect.

Ghost is one thing, but you're not worried if the murderer was still on the loose and might come back to the site?

Depends, I suppose...was it an abused woman murdering her husband, or a robbery gone bad? Different answers for different questions. But I admit I was only looking at the ghost angle.

Are there really that many serial killers out killing arbitrary strangers? Seems like the risk of that would be really low.
