Sometimes Pammy did forget people might not be used to seeing someone as green as she was -- everyone in Gotham knew her name, and it had been a while since she'd been out of Gotham. But even if she had noticed either man looking at her oddly, she wouldn't have cared.

Slinking over to Dean, Ivy traced her fingers down the side of his face before sitting down on his lap, lounging both legs over one of his. Her eyes were on him -- cold -- but her lips curled into a sultry smile.

"There isn't anyone here named Sam, Mr. Winchester." She said, voice husky.

The red-head might not have known who he was speaking of, but Service knew immediately who he meant. Sam Winchester. His younger brother. Had been at Edelweiss along with their father at one point, if he wasn't mistaken. (So had Dean, but naturally he didn't remember that.)

"Your brother?" he asked, careful to keep his voice still modulated. "Oh my. We weren't anticipating you asking about him so soon."

His visible eye looked down at the ground, long blonde lashes fluttering closed. "Dean, my poor, dear, Dean...." Service stepped forward, swishing behind where Ivy had Dean pinned down, and petted his hair in a soothing gesture. "I'm sorry, my poor boy. The car wreck was... too damaging. He didn't make it."

Dean only paid half attention to the redheaded doctor as she crawled into his lap, touching his face and doing her best to be as alluring as possible, which he couldn't deny, she was definitely attractive. However, he couldn't bring himself to be drawn in, not until he found out about Sammy.

Then, time felt like it was standing still. He felt like everything was moving in slow motion, he had to struggle to even breathe. The nurse, she had to be wrong... They both were wrong. He wasn't dead.

Sam couldn't be dead! He couldn't be!

Sam was stronger than that. He wouldn't die because of some shitty demon hitting them with a truck. Sam had faced vampires, shapeshifters, and all kinds of things from the pits of Hell.

She was lying... They both were lying, they had to be!"Get off me," He muttered, looking down for a moment, jerking his head away as the blond tried petting his hair, as if that was going to help ( ... )

It was much to Ivy's surprise that she was shoved off of Dean so hastily and roughly, and she scowled and brushed herself off, not happy about being manhandled so. She put her hand on her hip, looking at him, stroking his chin.

Classic signs on denial, it sounded like, and wasn't that sad. She patted his shoulder, lips curled in a smirk -- though it was a sympathetic one. She ran her hand through his hair, pulling it, bringing their eyes together.

"Dwelling on it won't change the past. If you can't move past your denial and grief you'll never get well."
