Author's note: August? Gosh, really? More seriously, I know Staffordshire Bull Terriers make lovely family dogs, but they're notoriously aggressive towards other dogs.

That was adorable. Poor Sirius! I love the image of dog-Sirius "smirking" - smug dogs are hilarious. And the Staffie's name is perfect.

A friend of mine had a run in with a badly trained Staffie the other day, and the idea stuck in my head. And I think Sirius is enjoying the revenge.
