...I can't keep skipping classes like this. And there's only so long I can stay in my room before I start getting cabin fever.

You're in school; you're supposed to go to class. All other matters are secondary.

I don't know what personal troubles you're having, but you shouldn't be allowing them to affect your performance in other areas. Your education is more important, and far less transient.
