Gdaughter Anah stayed with me Thursday through Sunday. She will be 12 this week. Actually volunteered to wash dishes, I was grateful and surprised. Anah is now taller than I am. I think I'm about 4 ft 4 1/2 in. She's growing up and I am shrinking.. now 5 ft. 7 in. for her. I look up to most of my grandchildren.. they are all much taller than me. I

What a good, sturdy planter! Joe & sil did a great job. Hope you have lots & lots of greens very soon (well, in a month or so).

None of my grandchildren live near us, but that's OK. I'm uncomfortable around children, even though I raised four. My introverted self, I'm sure.

Donating the beautiful pole is a wonderful idea! Hope they will put it up.

I love Rumi. And the idea of the peace pole. How long is yours? I like what you've done. The colors are wonderful.

Peace pole is 4 ft long, I plan on making some of different lengths and sizes. Glad you like it, it's been a lot of fun.
