I enjoyed this progression through Maddie's musical career, especially the apocalypse bookends and the way that Maddie inspired my gen 6 like Lex inspired her at that age. It's also cool that she inspired lots of other musicians before ascending to Rock Goddess.

Thanks! I wasn't 100% certain about your kids, so I left it vague on who actually said the line, but I figured at least one of them might.

I think whoever said it becomes the Rock God. Because I don't know who that is yet, I'm cool with it being vague :P

I kind of imagined this was actually a slightly older Cindy - that she'd taken time off when she'd had the kids, and gone back to singing when they were all in school, maybe teens. Which, I mean, I know didn't happen in your hood, but if you can't change stuff like that in an AU crossover drabble which changes her time period anyway, when can you? :P
