Yeah, real life's not nearly as interesting as it seems on TV. Nice drabble.

Nope, definitely not as interesting. And, well, once you can...kids/teens in an apoc are skill-skill-skill. Thanks!

I'm intrigued by the implications of sim show producers faking someone getting set on fire. Then again, death is cheap in sim worlds, which may explain it.

No wonder Lindsey and Kate cheat at chess so much. Along with being mean, they're bored--at least, Lindsey is.

Heh, I'm pretty sure some of the sim show producers don't HAVE to fake sims getting set on fire, as long as they run things like an asylum...

Yeah, Lindsey has 8 playful, so he's not exactly into sitting still with a book for hours on end, unlike Kate or Richard, who both only have 3 playful and ended up Knowledge.

It is something to consider, that sim lives are so much shorter than human ones, but they (or most of them) spend more time per day studying than we do. It's like born, become toddler, skill, die >.> I may be a terrible simmer.
And I don't think anyone should want to live up to TV drama >.> Not with the death rates and everything you see.

So true, though depending on what sorts of objects you have in the house and if your sims have smartmilk or thinking caps, they may actually not have to be forced to skill all that much. But in an apocalypse, with restrictions and the need to top jobs immediately...yeah.

No, definitely not wanting to live up to TV drama. :P
