Don't worry, the next installment shouldn't be too long in coming. I'm glad you liked it, though admittedly I do feel pretty confident about this beginning bit since you've read over much of it already =P It's later on that we'll have to see if you like it ^-^
Have you? I thought she was of the opinion that ljournal was for us 'lesser mortals' :P It'll be good to have her here though, it's nice to read up on each other's (boring) days ;)

I like the contrast here between Tony's waking and Dean's. From the start, Dean is incredibly straight-forward, jerking awake and speaking as though it doesn't occur to him (or that he plain doesn't care, I would believe either) that he's being watched, either by the civs or their resident-bad.

Good set-up for the plot, and a slight intro to all characters involved, which is always appreciated in a crossover!

I've been working backwards through the comments, and I'm recognising yours now, because they are some of the most fun to read :P

I was trying to show a contrast there, though I imagine if I wrote this from Dean's POV we would see that he had been awake a few minutes before his outburst and had been taking the situation in, much like Tony and Gibbs. I do like his rant though, I don't thing he would care who was listening in, but he was still under the impression that Tony and Gibbs were out of it and so probably didn't censor himself as much as he should have :)
