Omg, I didn't know he died! He wrote some of my favourite movies (I have seen 'Some Kind Of Wonderful' way, way too many times than is probably healthy).

Love the first two movies you have listed.
I watched The Lost Boy for the first time at about ten years old as I was waiting with my brother for New Year's. It's still one of my favourites, the songs from it are awesome too especially the theme.
And the story of 'The Outsiders' was a favourite from the moment I read the book, seeing as the movie followed the book rather closely I couldn't help but fall in love with it, even if I'm not fond of most the actors in it.

I don't think I've ever seen 'Better Off Dead', to tell the truth. I'll have to put it on my To Watch list. :)
