aww I was hoping to make it to Otakon this year but alas it's not in the cards. I may however finally be attending Katsucon again. It's not 100% but the chances are good.

Seriously, though, girl I predict one day you will die slumped over a sewing machine with how much you work on cosplays and commissions. And then your spirit will float over your body and cry "NOOO!!!! I only needed to sew on one more button and it would have been complete! Why god WHY?!" =P Do try not to kill yourself in the next month. hehe

Do try not to kill yourself in the next month.
I make no promises. XD

And ooooh I hope you can make it to Katsu! The current location is sooooo pretty. ^.^ Definitely need to meet up for a bit if you do.

XD Just do your best. hehe

Yeah me too. It's been forever since I was able to go and it'll always have a special place in my heart since Katsu was the first con I ever went to. Chances are I'll be able to go but I don't want to make any definite plans or promises just yet, just in case.
And yes! We will most definitely need to meet up. I think the last time we saw each other was the year Yoshiki was at Otakon and we didn't even really get to spend that much time together. Man, was that forever ago or what? @_@
But yeah I'll keep you posted on that. And if I plan on any cosplays. I really want to. I haven't cosplayed in years. We shall see~

You always have so many commissions, that is damn great I must say. Do you have a website or is this all just word of mouth type business?

I advertise on pretty much any place I can. I have an ad on cosplay.com, I have a page on Facebook (Dehlia Designs), I post all my stuff on DeviantArt with a progress list so customers know what I'm working on. And I'm still fixing up my actual website but I have a temporary little free one that I've put the majority of the commissions on so anyone can get a better look at them while I gradually work at reconstructing the actual site (its taking forever thought T_T as I had to redo it all from scratch pretty much).

And a lot of it is spread by word of mouth as I have several returning customers and people they have sent to me. And of course some are from friends but I get the majority of my business from my cosplay.com ad it seems.
