15 - Warnings - What do you feel it most important to warn for, and what's the strangest thing you've warned for in a fic? (domesticity)The most important warning for me when reading fic is who - if anyone - is being shipped, really. That by itself tells me a lot about the fic and what I can reasonably expect and the probability of me liking it

Ha! I've warned for that, too, I think. I don't get the people who are so insistent that (especially) FemSheps will never settle down ever, and if she does, she certainly wouldn't take her LIs last name: he'd take hers, or you're doing it wrong! My canon Shepard totally intends to settle down with Kaidan and take Alenko as her last name and try as hard as she can to disappear from public life when this is all over. But I also understand that not everyone's Shepards feel that way, you know?

Yeah. I even have a Shepard who is the exact opposite of my canon Shepard: intends to stay a Spectre until she dies on the job or is literally forced out of it. But my canon Shep is a Mindoir survivor and she's been dreaming of having a family again since she was a teenager.
