Just finished watching the last session of my church's annual General Conference. Conference number one hundred seventy-eight! Now I get to watch live online at home instead of trekking to church to watch via satellite... of course, even that was faster than the earliest sessions, when members outside of Salt Lake City were happy to get reports ( Read more... )

oh neat, I didn't know you are Mormon. I'm not but growing up most of my friends were. I suppose since we all lived near the church. I also didn't know that most live outside the US.

Oh, I'm sure a high percentage still live within the US... certainly a higher percentage of the US population is LDS than in most foreign countries. But yup, more Mormons now are not American than are.
