I guessed it was you who wrote this xD

As I've commented before on the kinkmeme, I love this fic and I think it's written beautifully. There's so much emotion written into it, and I love the poems you've chosen, especially since they had been some of my favourites for the longest time.

And I love the extra ending you added in this version; it adds even more depth to it and and and!:

"Not speaking of the way,
not thinking of what comes after;
not questioning name or fame
Here, loving love, you and I look at each other."

Congratulations, you've killed me with this newest poem. My heart couldn't have melted ever more *_*

And I guessed it was you who left that long comment on my anon fill. I always love your lengthy and detailed comments. :3

All these poems are still relatively new to me because the only Japanese poems I had read before were all haikus, so I'm really glad that this prompt motivated me to read a wider section of Japanese poetry and do a double take at how scarily perfect many of them were for his situation with Greece. I think I've become just as big a fan of Japanese poetry as Greece is.

I'm pretty sure Greece's heart melted at that poem too, considering how indicative it was of how Japan was finally willing to accept his feelings for him and whatever may come of them. *.* I'm in love with that poem too.

^^; I fail as a ninja-anon it seems; I give myself away too easily. But I'm glad you don't think my tl;dr comments are scary lol.

Funnily, I don't really known many haikus, only poems. Those that I've read before, I don't quite remember them. And yes, it's as if they were almost made for Giripan *shot* But I guess perhaps Himaruya himself was inspired by these poems when he decided on this pair? And he does capture some of the the nation-stereotypes pretty accurately.

Yes, that poem gave a nice closure to the whole fic and completed it perfectly :)

Omg I love this. The poems, your writing style, the theme. ;3; This is fluff done perfectly - not sickeningly sweet, but very elegant, subtle, and beautiful. :D
