I was thinking that Derringer would be Prowl, as you mentioned that wasn't his real name, but being Prowl's creator was quite interesting as well. I like the insight to the begin of the war, it's quite manipulative on everyone's part. And yes, I certainly would like to read more if you're so inclined.

Well, I think it was because you mentioned him as a character above, so I was in the mindset of "these characters I don't know must be known Autobots" and Derringer was sort of put in the position of planning everything, and then the fact that you mentioned that it wasn't his real name, and my mind just went, "hmm, Prowl, maybe?" Of course, that kind of went out the window when I read the scene with the twins, so...

Well, good luck with the muse. I really do hope it stays coherent for the time being, but muses can be quite tricky things.

Well, maybe Derringer is one of the 'Known' Autobots. don't know yet.

Sounds like a very interesting start!! You had me so sure that Derringer was Jazz, with all of his zipping here and there...and perhaps the twins would be Prowl and Bluestreak? But the ending was the best sort of surprise!! Very curious to see where this all goes =) I can't say I've seen Prowl and Jazz and twins before!

Only realized after I had this written, that Derringer is alot like Jazz. But, I figured, keep Derringer as Derringer and DON'T rename his as Jazz, cause Jazz has his own role coming up - and he won't like what I think might happen to Derringer.

Prowl and Bluestreak twins? Haven't seen that one before.
If there are stories out there like that, do you mind linking them?

Prowl and Jazz as twins ... I've seen a few fics like that. At least one story on Live-Journal, and one or more on FFN.

I do have intentions of continuning. Let me poke my muse, see if there's a full chapter, or just snippets.
