I read both of your fics about Spain and I loved how you've managed to incorporate more history in this! I was always wondering what expansionist!Nations would feel/act like in APH verse, but your interpretation makes sense to me : )

I particularly love your paragraph about what Portugal would have done if he were human. This sibling relationship you portray between Portugal and Spain is very interesting : D, makes me want to read up on the Reconquista!

Also, this view of Veneziano is interesting indeed. Imagining his involvement in the Spanish Civil war scares me.. But of course there is a fine line between APH canon characterisation, and what the nations have actually done in real life~ I just enjoy your way of blurring it :D. Thank you for writing this!
