If there is anything I have learned about diets is that the ones that are crashers are not good. A diet is not something that's supposed to be temporary, its supposed to change the way you eat forever. Learning to use food more properly. Strangely enough, I've discovered through joining a program that I was eating too little... if you dont get the proper nutrition your body goes into starvation mode even if you are eating a lot of "stuff" and stores what it can in case it won't get any more. Bodies suck, I look forward to trading mine in. But readjusting eating habits is hard, and apparently my mortal vessel is having a sticky time getting used to being fed properly because its fighting me to maintain my current weight.

You can do it, Jenn! ^^ I'm more relaxed about it--it'll be slower than before, but much more comfortable. I might actually stick to it this time.

Peri invited me along on a three-ish mile marathon during spring-ish to give me something to work toward. Would you and tait like to come? Nothing's concrete yet--it's just a thought.

School starts next week for me too. And I will have Thursdays free now. Or at least, I think I will. I'll get back to you Monday.

Thursday would make things a lot easier. ^^ What happened--did you rearrange classes?

At least it didn't happen during school, ugh. *hugs*

Thank you. ^^ I'm not nearly as active about it as Jenn, so it'll be much slower but a lot more comfortable for me.
