1) The guy who just delivered my suitcase, for arguing me that he didn't have the apartment number when I gave it to the people in the office, and anyway just was frantic and worried and sorry I got upset, but why are you lecturing me that you didn't have the apartment number FUCK YOU slam door

I've been thinking about this post all week, and hurting for you. This is so much to deal with all in one go. I've been thinking about what a kind, self-reflective person you are, in even in the most perilous of circumstances, and that kindness shows here, even when you're listing incidents in which you believe you've been unkind. You are one of the most humans humans I know (internet-know, at least) and I mean this in an archetypal way: your compassion, your ability to discern where you should've been more compassionate, and your thoughtfulness show through here, and always do when you post. I'm thinking of you and your family.
