I've just spent a most productive half hour thinking about my future coaching career (yes, amongst all the other shit going on at the moment, I'm seriously considering becoming a coach). You know, in my experience, I don't need someone to tell me how to do something so much as sit and listen while I talk it out (and ask me questions) - my therapist did a lot of that when I was going regularly, and most often when I need to figure out how to fix a story, I find one of three people who are excellent sounding boards and just explain my problem, and usually figure out the answer in the process. So I guess what I'm saying is that it sounds like you're off to a good start with coaching!
