Pleasantly surprised by that bit of Amanda Seyfried as Cosette! I knew from Mamma Mia that she could sing (she was the only in the film that could) but I didn't know if she was a proper soprano. Samantha Barks is perfection itself and she's going to be amazing as Eponine.
