I have loved a lot of television shows in my time, but tonight, watching last week's episode of Community - this is the first time I have ever loved a show so intensely that I think I might actually be physically ill.

This is probably because it's after midnight and I couldn't laugh nearly as loudly as this episode physically requires without ( Read more... )

Being Human fills my Sundays with joy. Even when I do spot one of my best friends snogging some stranger in the background halfway through...

Being Human has somehow been even better than usual so far this series, which I would not have thought possible.

Well, I imagine that was surreal. At least they weren't a vampire, yeah?

This is true. But certainly surreal, yes.

It has been scientifically proven that any show containing Russell Tovey grows exponentially in greatness with every minute of screentime he has, until the whole thing implodes. Fact.

I think they should continue to test this theory, over and over again.

Your icon makes me happy in my heart.

And OH YES. I have received your fantastic-amazing masterwork of fantastic-amazing creepiness, and now it hangs in a place of honor over my desk, terrifying innocent passersby. I LOVE IT SO.

Yeah, Eric generally makes me happy in my heart. I mean, Viking vampire, it's like zombie pirates: what's there not to love?

YAY for receiving the drawing! \o/ I was starting to worry that it got lost in the mail, thanks for telling me!! <3 And lol @ terrified passersby -- THAT's the kind of reaction I love to produce! XD I have another idea for one more illustration of your fic, I'll do it as soon as I find the time ^^

I love Community, too, and this past week's episode was hilarious! I am completely in love with this show. Did you see the one recently, where they made the tremendous tent at school? I want to create my own tent community ... come one, come all - bring your blankets, pillows, and flashlights!

I would also like to shadow Abed for a week, taking notes. I kind of love him, a little.

Community + Parks and Rec + 30 Rock = The Trifecta of Awesome.

YES. IT WAS AMAZING. I love every single character on that show (even Pierce!) but Troy and Abed have a special place in my heart. Oh, boys.

Community is so much awesome. I got my boyfriend hooked on it with the pottery/sailing episode. But it's the episodes where they're all doing stuff together that are the best. I loved last week's episode, and the KFC space shuttle one a couple months ago was awesome, too. My favorite is the paint ball episode...mostly for the end bit with Chang...well, that and the movie-soundtrackish music they used to score that episode.

The paintball episode is a work of genius, but I have to say that my favorite so far this season was the bottle episode and the desperate search for Annie's pen. I think I've watched it about thirteen times; I'm hopelessly obsessed.

Such an amazing show. It needs a bigger fandom, don't you think?

I don't watch Community (might have to remedy that), but Being Human has stolen my brain at the moment. Again. It makes me flail my arms and laugh like an idiot and then watch it again and flail my arms and laugh like an idiot and... etc etc etc.

Being Human has always been wonderful, but now that Nina's around all the time and George is pulling it together finally and Mitchell is dealing with consequences and Annie has a new outfit, it has become almost unbearably good. My arms have also been doing an awful lot of flailing.

And you should totally watch Community. It makes life better.
