question about theme

it's my first time attempting to
join this challenge and I'd like
to ask about no 3. theme.
the theme is blue but can it be
any image or the bases/images you've
provided in no 1. base & 2. screencaps?

sorry I didn't mention that...

You HAVE to use another image for the Theme!! NOT the ones I provided!!

Use any Picture you like and make it blue (in any way you like to interpret that)
