I forget if I posted it to here before, but earlier this year I figured out how to walk. I figured it out while I was walking down the street in front of my apartment, analyzing how walking worked and sort of experimenting with different ways of walking. Funny how the things that nobody teaches us how to do from the beginning are those which most impact our well-being as human and spiritual creatures. People just assume that instinct tells us how to do all of this stuff properly from the get-go.

I estimated yesterday that I spend about 5% of my time actually breathing properly while playing. Interestingly, sitting upright in my chair has increased that from 5% to about 15%-- I am not sure if that is just to the newness of the posture or if the two or connected.
